The Lab of Life was created by a collaboration of behavioral scientists from Radboud University and business scientists with a mission. We know from science that lasting change requires more than awareness and inspiration, which is often central to training and coaching processes. Although change is difficult because of the natural resistance that people have against it, there are proven principles from science that can help. We cannot determine what is important and valuable to a person or organisation. However, we can teach people how to independently adjust their own behavior. That is what we do.
